ELIGIBILITY REGULATIONS FOR ANIMATION LAB

All the documents are to be submitted in ENGLISH. English is the working language of the Animation Lab at the Arab Film Festival Zurich, so a good knowledge of English is required of all the participants.

Please check the eligibility regulations and the required documents at the links below before you start filling out the form.

Please note that the deadline for submitting applications to the Animation Lab is 25 November 2026.

Please provide a shareable Google Drive link containing all required materials. Kindly ensure that each file is clearly named according to the categories listed below to facilitate the review process. Please also make sure that the folder’s access permissions are set to “Anyone with the link – Viewer” so that our selection committee can access all submitted materials without restrictions. Folders that require an access request, a login, or a password cannot be reviewed.

08_Motivation_Letter.pdfMotivation for participating in the Lab, relevant interests, expected outcomes and prior Lab participation.
