ELIGIBILITY REGULATIONS FOR ANIMATION LAB

All the documents are to be submitted in ENGLISH. English is the working language of the Animation Lab at the Arab Film Festival Zurich, so a good knowledge of English is required of all the participants.

Please check the eligibility regulations and the required documents at the links below before you start filling out the form.

Please note that the deadline for submitting applications to the Animation Lab is 25 November 2026.

Complete the brief form below and provide one shareable Google Drive folder link for all supporting materials. Do not upload individual supporting files to the application platform. If a field does not apply, please write “N/A”.

3. Required Drive Folder Link

Shareable Google Drive folder link (Paste one complete folder link here. The folder must be set to “Anyone with the link – Viewer”.)

Public / password-protected visual-material link (Vimeo, YouTube or equivalent; include password if applicable. You may also include it in file 10 of the Drive folder.)

One folder, clearly named files, no access restrictions
Please provide a shareable Google Drive link containing all required materials. Kindly ensure that each file is clearly named according to the categories listed below to facilitate the review process. Please also make sure that the folder’s access permissions are set to “Anyone with the link – Viewer” so that our selection committee can access all submitted materials without restrictions. Folders that require an access request, a login, or a password cannot be reviewed.
