Head of Program Delegation
Naoures Rouissi is a cultural manager and film festival programmer who has served as the Head of Film Department and Programming for both the Carthage Film Festival and the Manarat Film Festival for multiple editions since 2015 and including the Carthage Film Festival’s current edition. She holds an M.A. in Cultural Policy and Cultural Management from the University of Hassan II in Morocco and the University of Hildesheim in Germany in collaboration with the UNESCO Chair on Economics of Culture and Heritage, and an M.A. in "World Heritage and Cultural Projects for Development" at the University of Torino.
